I attended the CDF Celiac Support Group meeting April 17th in San Dimas California this weekend. It was a full house with a great crowd of Gluten Free people. People with Celiac Disease are some of the nicest people you will ever meet.
Gastroenterologist Dr. Sartaj Arora spoke about Celiac Disease and answered questions from the audience. Very good presentation.
Deb Wheaton demonstrated a new Gluten Free product ”Choice Batter” by “Crisp Tek”at the 
meeting. She deep fried battered vegetables and onion rings. The onion rings were great!
A lot of the group brought in Gluten Free food for lunch. Z Pizza brought in some Gluten Free pizza for the group.
There were a lot of Gluten Free donated food products that were raffled off. I got a box of “Pastariso” GF Mac and Cheese I am going to try.
I enjoyed the meeting and plan to attend more in the future.
